A review of the latest new hard drives for 2012. - Best Gaming Mice 2012
Recently I had a gaming buddy purchase a new gaming headset (the Logitech G930) and he couldn't believe the difference it made while he was gaming. The trickle of footsteps behind his head while he was playing Battlefield Bad Company 2 allowed him to know better where his opponents were and what was happening around him.
That new advantage has boosted his overall kills and has catapulted him ahead of some of the other gamers on his server. After he let me try them out for a couple of hours, I immediately ordered my own pair.
Because of it's price, durability, and multitude of options my choice for the best gaming headset of 2012 is the Logitech Wireless Gaming Headset G930. Just to show you that I put my money where my mouth is I've put a picture of me holding the headset in the slideshow to the right at the top of the page. These gaming headphones sound amazing not only during gaming, but also movies as well. They also have an incredible wireless range. Since I have kids I often go upstairs in their room and other rooms of the house while I'm gaming. I've never had the G930 cut out on me once. I also like Logitech because I've been purchasing their products for years and they've been an industry leader in gaming peripherals since 1981!

What other Gamers are saying about the G930 Gaming Headset on Amazon:
Headset Durability:
"This headset is great. I bought this after going through TWO of the World of Warcraft Wireless Headsets that broke on me. They have metal where the WOW ones had cheap plastic. The range is great.. I can even walk out to my car (about 100 feet) and they still mostly work. I'm very happy with these.. "
Top Audio Quality
"I am a hardcore PC gamer and my equipment needs to be at a level that can keep up w/ the action. Whether it's World of Warcraft and First Person Shooters, the audio quality on today's top games is absolutely stunning and these headsets deliver.
Extensive Use
"Very comfortable for extended use as I occasionally have it on for 8+ hours at a time."
Summary:
All in all I've been super impressed with the Logitech G930 gaming headset. If you don't have the cash, then I recommend trying out the Ear Fore X11 or the Logitech G330 as good budget headsets.
*My New Gaming PC Build:
After building my gaming pc and experimenting with some of the newest graphics cards, gaming keyboards, and CPU I've realized that not only has my gaming experience improved, but my performance has improved dramatically as well. Gaining a hardware advantage is more than just a simple edge, and now that I've upgraded, I'm no longer sitting on the lower end of the stat sheet.
