Best New AMD Processors for 2012
News, Reviews, and Information
Phenom II or Bulldozer?
Gaming aficionados are constantly on the hunt for the best performance hardware for the least amount of money. They continually update their builds because they know that a lagging computer could cause them to freeze or die right when they are at the point that it matters most.
A finely-tuned gaming build can give a gamer a distinct advantage by allowing them to see things just a fraction of a second before their opponents. I'm amazed at how many of my buddies still scream into their headsets that they "shot the other guy first", when we both know that what their computer showed was just a little different than what actually happened...
Although your entire build is important, two pieces to the hardware puzzle are essential to life and death on the battlefield, your graphics card, and your CPU. We've already covered the best i7 CPU for 2012, so now it's AMD's turn.
Intel Vs. AMD CPU
